Unhappy with your purchase?

If you are unhappy with your purchase you are welcome to return the item(s) for refund or exchange subject to the following conditions.

1) Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery. 
2) Goods must be undamaged, not fitted, soiled or modified and have packaging & labels intact.
3) Special order goods can not be returned unless faulty.
4) Return postage is the customers responsibility unless goods are damaged, incorrect or not as described. We advise you to use a "recorded & insured" means of postage. CADERO TUNING cannot be held responsible for items not received.
5) Please help us by providing a copy of the original invoice, and the reason for return and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
6) Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the goods.

Faulty Goods or Incorrectly Supplied Goods?

If in the unlikely event we have supplied faulty or incorrect goods, firstly please accept our sincerest apologies.

You are welcome to return the item(s) for refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

1) Please contact us immediately you notice the fault, always contact us before returning the item(s) as there may be a simple explanation or remedy.

2) Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery

3) Please supply a copy of your invoice and a note detailing the problem experienced and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

4) In the event of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods Fensport will bear the return postage costs as long as they do not exceed the cost charged to send the parcel to you. Please contact us for the best way to return an item, often we can arrange a collection, depending on size of goods and location.

5) If an exchange is required Fensport will cover postage costs.

6) Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the goods.



Please check all goods are present immediately after delivery, please also keep all packaging until you are satisfied that everything is correct and present. It's not unheard of that goods have been discarded with packaging!

1) All shortages must be notified in writing, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2) Shortages notified to us in writing within 7 days will be either replaced at no cost to you or refunded.

3) After 7 days we can not be held responsible for shortages. 


Customers outside the EU

Note: Our returns policy above applies to all EU customers, for customers located outside the CZ please be aware we will accept exchanges, refunds and returned faulty goods, but we do not offer refunds on carriage costs or free delivery of exchanged items, and nor do we cover return postage costs. If you are outside the EU and have a problem, please contact us first and we will advise the best way to resolve any issues.  


What if I want to return goods after 14 days?

1) Sometimes we can accept goods back after 14 days but this is entirely at our discretion and will depend on many factors.

2) We will not cover return postage costs

3) We reserve the right to charge a handling charge / re stocking fee. This charge varies depending on current stock levels, value and desirability of the product.

4) We will not accept a return after 14 days, unless agreed in writing with a CADERO TUNING representative.
