Any delivery charges or free delivery offers are subject to our approval. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.

Our Economy and Express delivery services are courier services and are included in this restriction. Orders made by credit card can only be delivered to the card holder’s address.

 

Delivery schedule

Each item has a "Ships In" estimation. Please note this does not include weekends or public holidays.

"Ships In" of 1 day, it is most likely in stock with us or can be on its way to you the same day as its ordered, pending our workload and timing of your order.

"Ships In" more than 1 day is an estimation based on our suppliers information, please note this is an estimation and our sales staff will contact you to confirm shipping time.

We will not charge your card until we are ready to ship the product and we will contact you to let you know when the item will arrive, allowing you to cancel the order with no obligation if the delivery schedule is not suitable.

Please note: Special order items require payment in advance of us ordering the items, can not be cancelled and are non returnable.

 

Delivery worldwide

We use various methods of delivery and can deliver worldwide. Delivery charges will be applied at checkout. COD is restricted only for domestic customers and in stock items.

 

Delivery address

If paying by credit card. We will only deliver to the registered cardholders address, this is the address on your card statement. We will only deliver to a secondary address if you are a regular customer*.

*Please fill out the order form with your cardholders address and add your delivery address to the notes section at the bottom of the order. Our sales staff will check your history and manually enter your delivery details. If it is not possible to deliver to the cardholders address, we may ask you for an alternative means of payment. The above rulings are applied to combat fraud.

 

VAT

VAT is a value added tax imposed by the Government. The current rate is 21%. It is applied to all sales in the EU countries. Trade sales to the EU may be exempt from paying VAT if the purchaser supplies a valid VAT number (always contact us before payment is done).

•        The validity of any given VAT number will be checked with the VAT office.
•        The payment must come from this company.
•        The goods will be delivered to this company.

 

Import Taxes - Outside EU

Our delivery quotations are for delivery only and do not cover any customs or import taxes or duties, please contact your local customs office for details of these charges. For Legal and Insurance purposes we will not artificially reduce the value of any goods.

 

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via delivery services with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

Returns

Please contact us for a returns number before returning any items. We will not accept a product return, unless a returns number has been issued. If the product is still under warranty we will bear the domestic costs of collection and return of the repaired unit or a replacement. Please contact us first for a returns number and details of our collection service.

 

Re-stocking fees

If the item is not under warranty, we may at our discretion accept a return subject to a re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee varies, please contact us for details.

 

Warranty

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that items supplied by us to you are suitable for use in your vehicle, any such opinion will be based entirely upon information provided by you with no inspection undertaken by us. As such, all such information or opinion is for indicative purposes only and should be checked and confirmed by you prior to placing an order.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the stress placed on vehicles (whether performance/competition vehicles, road vehicles or vehicles or any other nature), and our inability to monitor and inspect the installation, modification and use of any items supplied by us to you, we give no warranty (whether express or implied) in relation to the items, apart from:

•        Any warranty contained in these conditions;
•        Any specific warranty expressly confirmed in writing by us at the time of the relevant confirmation;
•        Any warranty provided by the manufacturer* of any items we sell to you
*in which case your rights shall be against the manufacturer and we shall bear no responsibility or liability to you arising out of or in connection with any claim thereunder


The warranty period of any unit would operate on a one-year warranty period from the date on the invoice, unless a longer time period is specified. In the case of a claim, any replacement items warranty will not exceed the warranty given on the original unit. Any potential Engine warranty claim from the supply of an engine unit will require the engine to be returned at the cost of the customer for inspection, which also applies to parts supplied. If no fault is found, or a fault is found to have caused by installation or an issue with the vehicle, the customer will also pay for the repair and re-delivery of the engine or parts. Please note that if the customer or another company takes apart an engine or a component apart that we have supplied the warranty is voided immediately.

 

Returns Policy - 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately by e-mailing tuning@cadero.cz or phoning us on (+420) 720 650 000. Replacement items will then be requested and sent to you. In the unlikely event that your items have a defect e.g. missing parts, please advise us so we can arrange a dispatch of replacement parts to you as soon as possible.

Once you receive your order you have fourteen days to decide if you wish to return it but this is only if the part or parts have not been fitted as this would make the product or products, used items and not fit for resale.

However, providing the items have been correctly supplied and not used a 30% handling charge will apply, with the exception of any special order parts, which are also non-returnable.

Goods must be in 100% re-sellable perfect condition and returned in their original undamaged packaging. We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. We regret that we cannot accept items that are part or fully assembled so please ensure you are happy with the goods before you begin assembly.

 

Availability

We always try to make sure that the prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with.

We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

We aims to carry in stock the most important items for our tuning, but due to the extensive nature of our range of car specific products, and the specialist nature of items, some items may become out of stock or are special order direct from the manufacturer or EU distributor. In the event of a delay in your order caused by an item being out of stock or specially ordered we will contact you by phone or e-mail to advise of the estimated delivery time, and in the case of specially ordered items we will confirm the deposit required. Some of our products are made to order and as such a time for manufacture is noted on the product page of the website. Payment for these goods is taken in full at the time of ordering.

CADERO TUNING may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability or description of products or pricing at any time at its sole discretion. Please note special order items cannot be cancelled once the order is processing unless agreement is made.

All size's given on this site are approximate dimensions only due to tolerances in materials, we cannot give exact dimensions of the products, also images shown on this site may not always be an exact image of the item and only a likeness example.

 

Fraud

All cases of attempted fraud will be dealt with immediately and reported to the police and relevant banking authorities
